Despite it's age, the unit certainly had some beautiful perks. High ceilings, ample storage, and a floor to ceiling vein cut Travertine wood burning fireplace!
With an amazing client, this project became a designer's dream situation with the opportunity to transform the space with the sole motive of making it look nicer than what it was. Light, bright and beautiful.
Even though this condo had high ceilings and large windows, the view could only be truly enjoyed from the living room and master bedroom. With a galley kitchen tucked in behind a demising wall, we decided to do what all Designers are cliched to say "Let's take that wall down!", so we did just that. By removing this one wall we are now able to see the view from the moment the front door opens.

In the kitchen, custom v-groove white oak cabinets, which were perfected through a vigorous process were balanced with clean, off-white slab upper cabinets. Clean 2-1/2" built-up quartz top by FloForm spanned an impressive 14 foot island. To minimize grout on the backsplash, we featured the new Fiandre Slab provided by Beyond Surfaces (A division of StoneAge Marble and Stone).

We sacrificed one of 6 closets and converted it into a message centre.

This was truly a thrilling transformation we were so happy to be a part of. Thank you to our wonderful client and amazing construction team who made this all happen so smoothly! We are so lucky to have had this opportunity!
